Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions of services provided by Kelly McCready Skin.
Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any Kelly McCready Skin treatment.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Any deposits paid for treatments will be lost if 48 hours is not given. The reason for this policy is appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice are difficult to fill.
Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other clients scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, I cannot guarantee that your treatment will be performed that day. Please inform me if you are running late on 07493561396
Deposits for Appointments
There is a £40 deposit payable for all aesthetic appointments and deposits will be redeemable against any treatment on the day. Deposits are fully refundable only in the following circumstances - if 48 hours’ notice is given for any cancelations or if you are deemed unsuitable for treatment or if the lateness policy is activated.
You will lose the deposit paid to secure the appointment if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment and you will be required to give a deposit for your next appointment.
Courses of treatments
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.
Treatment courses and packages are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.
If after your appointment you are not satisfied with your service, I ask you to please contact the clinic within 7 days of that service to inform the clinic. Unless in case of emergency, please notify the clinic immediately, however this would be incredibly rare.
Refunds are not available for gift voucher purchases.
Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash value.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they are purchased.
Gift vouchers are redeemable only against products and services as stated on the voucher. Change from a gift voucher will be given in the form of a credit to be redeemed within the 12 months period of purchase.
Children, Plus Ones & Dogs
Anyone who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst you are being treated.
If you require a chaperone to accompany you to your appointment, please let me know prior to your appointment. I love dogs, however as we are a medical clinic, we are unable to accept any K9 companions to the clinic due to health and safety.
To ensure you have time to discuss treatment options and outcomes all new patients require a consultation prior to treatment.
